All Peak Extracts chocolate bars include our broad spectrum CBD distillate infused in 70 percent dark chocolate couverture, high-quality chocolate with extra cocoa butter. Each treat contains around 100 milligrams of cannabinoids.

About Peak Extracts
Peak Extracts is a high-end cannabis infusion business out of Oregon. Before starting the company, owner Katie Stem made single-strain chocolates to treat her Crohn’s disease for over ten years. Her goal was to control both the dosage and the effects of cannabis administration. She discovered specific cannabis strains were beneficial while others were ineffective or had unwanted side effects.
She wanted to provide the same custom-tailored experience to the Oregon medical market. Peak transitioned to a recreational retailer in 2016 and was one of the first licensed edibles processors in the state. Katie is also a licensed Chinese herbalist. Since 2010, she’s operated an acupuncture and herbal medicine practice in Portland.
