Our Return Policy

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.

30-Day CBD Satisfaction Guarantee  

All CBD products carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee (the “Guarantee”)We believe in the CBD products we carry and want you to find the one that best suits your needs. The CBD Guarantee was created for that exact purpose. Through the Guarantee, within a 30-day window of receipt of your product, Cannaporium™ customers can try a new CBD product to determine if it’s the right fit.  

We believe that CBD products should be used as a daily/weekly/periodic, personalized supplement and an individual’s response may vary based on the length of time the product is used. We encourage customers to try the product for at least two weeks to allow your body's endocannabinoid system (ECS) to be activated. If, after two weeks, you are not satisfied with your product simply fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form from your account page and choose 30 Day CBD Money Back Guarantee as the reason and we will issue a refund or credit toward your next purchase. No returns are necessary (although occasionally, we may request that the product is returned for quality assurance purposes).  The CBD Guarantee only applies to first-time purchases of any CBD product from Cannaporium.com. If you purchased multiple quantities of the same product, Cannaporium will only issue a refund or credit pursuant to this Guarantee for the price of a single quantity of the product. Unopened products may be returned if the safety seal remains intact. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Refunds issued are for the price paid by the customer for the product and specifically excludes costs of shipping and any applied discounts.  All claims made pursuant to this Guarantee must be submitted to Cannaporium within 30 days of purchase in accordance with this policy. 

All Money-Back Guarantee Forms are subject to strict review and refunds/credits are provided at the sole discretion of CannaporiumCannaporium reserves the right to refuse refunds or credits, at any time, for orders with indications of fraudulent behavior.

Damaged Products

All CBD products we carry are tested for quality and are carefully inspected before shipment. Upon delivery, please check each product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products and any remedy therefor are subject to Cannaporium’s then published Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Goods.

Policy on Returns and Exchanges


1) Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.


2) Fill in the return request form attached to the order.


3) Attach a copy of the sales check, specify the method of refund (a postal order or a transfer to the bank account).

5) After you have sent the parcel, please inform us of that by sending an email to support@cannaporium.com.

Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange

Customers have the right to return any purchased items without defining the reason within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receiving those items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. The items can be returned if their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.

To return the items, Customers must submit the copy of proof of purchase and fill in the return request form.

Rules on returning and exchanging Items with discovered defects:

Customers are entitled to notify the Seller of any discovered defects and demand to rectify them within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of the receiving the Items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. The only exception are defects caused by improper handling of the Items by the Customer.

Customers have the right to refuse to take Items and ask for a money refund. In this case the Items must be returned to the Seller, and their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.

To return the Items, you must submit the copy of proof of purchase and fill in the return request form.


Our return and refund policy is described above. According to NYS law, stores are legally required to post their refund policy. If a store does not post any return policy, the law requires the store to accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
